Berries have been valuable as a food source for humans since before the start of agriculture, and remain among the primary food sources of other primates. They were a seasonal staple for early hunter-gatherers for thousands of years, and wild berry gathering remains a popular activity in Europe and North America today. In time, humans learned to store berries so that they could be used in the winter. They may be made into fruit preserves, and among Native Americans, mixed with meat and fats as pemmican.
Berries also began to be cultivated in Europe and other countries. Some species of blackberries and raspberries of the genus Rubus have been cultivated since the 17th century, while smooth-skinned blueberries and cranberries of the genus Vaccinium have been cultivated in the United States for over a century. In Japan, between the 10th and 18th centuries, the terms ichibigo and ichigo referred to many berry crops. The most widely cultivated berry of modern times, however, is the strawberry, which is produced globally at twice the amount of all other berry crops combined.

Fresh Apples, Fruit Juces, Apple Vinegar
Apples are an important ingredient in many desserts, such as apple pie, apple crumble, apple crisp and apple cake. When cooked, some apple cultivars easily form a puree known as apple sauce. Apples are also made into apple butter and apple jelly. They are often baked or stewed and are also (cooked) in some meat dishes. Dried apples can be eaten or reconstituted (soaked in water, alcohol or some other liquid).
Apples are milled or pressed to produce apple juice, which may be drunk unfiltered (called apple cider in North America), or filtered. Filtered juice is often concentrated and frozen, then reconstituted later and consumed. Apple juice can be fermented to make cider (called hard cider in North America), ciderkin, and vinegar.

Juice is commonly consumed as a beverage or used as an ingredient or flavoring in foods or other beverages, such as smoothies. Juice emerged as a popular beverage choice after the development of pasteurization methods enabled its preservation without using fermentation

Concentrated juices
Concentrated juices are produced using enzymes, clarifying agents, filter materials (approved for use in the food industry), without the addition of sugars, sweeteners, extracts, acids, flavours, preservatives or other additives.
Purees
Puree is a homogeneous mashed mass of fruits or vegetables, with no particles of fruit, fibres, stalks, seeds, pips, peels, which has been heat-treated (sterilized or pasteurized) and packaged under aseptic conditions. These products does not contain dyes, preservatives or flavours – it is 100% natural
Aroma
Natural flavours are products made solely from healthy, ripe, washed and sorted fruits or vegetables. Natural flavours are obtained in the process of juice deflavouring in a vacuum evaporation unit that evaporates 20-60% of the water from the juice along with volatile flavours. Juice vapours with aromatic substances are fed into the distillation column of the aroma recovery unit.
The finished product is 100% natural, no synthetic flavours or preservatives are added.
The product is a homogeneous colourless liquid.
APPLE VINIGAR
Apple vinegar based on natural apple raw materials is a seasoning that guarantees an unusual and pleasant taste for any dishes. Soft and with characteristic sourness, apple vinegar will give new taste sensations to usual salads, will add new shades of taste to fish dishes.
